I’m almost too embarrassed to post this, but from time to time I like to remind myself of how far I have come since early 2003:
Wow I was a big dude! Luckily Emilie, Tyler, and myself formed “Get Fit 2003,” swimming or running near every day, and I shed 50 pounds. I feel so much healthier now!
yes it’s true. but this is a short post. first, i want to give a shout out to my lovely wife. she’s doing a fantastic job with her blog. read it!
